David was born and raised in Texas and has called Tennessee home for nearly half his life. He studied Communication at the Jack J. Valenti School of Communication at the University of Houston and brings more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and advertising experience to his real estate career.

Along the way, David has worked for President George H.W. Bush, ridden horses on the set of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and built a successful career as a publisher on Nashville’s Music Row. Those experiences shaped a practical, people-first approach to business and communication.

Today, David uses that background to help sellers market their homes effectively and guide buyers confidently through the purchasing process. Whether working with a home, land, or investment property, his focus is on clear communication, strong marketing, and helping clients make smart decisions.

David plays guitar and writes songs in his spare time and is the founder of Tulio. He is also a devoted father of two sons and enjoys hiking, golf, swimming, running, and staying active.
